Camping Information

For events that take place over the weekend, you are permitted to enter the Airfield from 14:00 on the Friday of the race weekend to pitch your tent (or park your caravans / motor homes).

No track access is available on Fridays (unless you're a member).

No camping is permitted on Sunday evenings.

For those who attend Sunday Race Days only (and not Saturday Practice Days), you must be at the entry point between 07:15 and 08:00.

Once on site you are to remain on site until the event is complete, or when your camping duration expires. No exit out of the gate at any time due to security.

All camping must be booked & prepaid before the actual event. We share your details with the Airport for security & safety reasons.

You are not to roam around the site due to security reasons. You are to stick to the highlighted areas. If you are found outside these areas you will be escorted from the airfield.

Spacing between caravans / motor homes / vehicles must be a minimum of 4 metres all around to allow access for fire engines.

NO camping or parking near or in the tree line. NO tents at all in this area.

Tents must be on the grass towards the tarmac. If using electric, please advise on the booking form and bring a long extension.

NO camping past the pile box.

NO camping or staying in the extra pit area on the grass by the toilets & track.

NO camping or sleeping around the track. Camping is only allowed in the marked-out area.
